Herbes De Provence Blend
Herbes De Provence Blend is an aromatic blend of thyme, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, sage, savory, fennel and lavender. This is great as a rub, added to bouillabaisse and excellent on veggies with a little butter. Basic directions: Use one tablespoon in stocks, stews, soups, sauces. Sprinkle on meats, fish, poultry and pasta. Blend in marinades and salad dressings or butter and cheese spreads. Serving size: 1 Tablespoon -Contains: 5 servings

4 red potatoes-cut in wedges
3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. Souper Spices-Herbes De Provence Blend
Salt and Pepper
Mix oil, herbs and salt and pepper in medium size bowl. Add potatoes and coat well. Place potatoes on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Roast potatoes for 25 minutes in a 450° oven turning once or until browned.
