1 Package Souper Spices-Couscous Caprese
1 TB butter, margarine or olive oil
1 1/4 Cups water, vegetable or chicken broth
In saucepan, stir in broth oil or butter. Bring a boil. Remove from heat. Simply add entire package of couscous, give a quick stir and cover for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and salt and pepper to taste. This is delicious hot or cold! Try adding combinations of kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, capers or even feta cheese. Delicious!
