Here’s an easy way to get out of cooking in the kitchen and have a delicious tasty, spicy meal. This is a wonderful blend of aromas and taste for the serious griller.

1 chicken cut up (or your favorite parts)
1 Tbsp. Souper Spices-Montreal Style Steak Rub Blend
Extra virgin olive oil (or any oil will do)
Salt to season (optional)

Wash and pat dry chicken. Rub chicken with oil (this makes the seasoning stick better) then season with salt. Next, rub entire chicken pieces with the rub. When coals are ready, place on the grill. Depending on the heat, it will take 25-45 minutes to cook, turning twice. If you bake it, use a shallow baking pan in a 350º oven for about 35-45 minutes.
