Herbes de Provence
Herbes de Provence is an aromatic blend of thyme, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, sage, savory, fennel and lavender. Herbes de Provence is great as a rub or in Bouillabaisse. I use Herbes de Provence in so many recipes that I can’t say which is best. I love it on pork and chicken-even soup and stews. Herbes de Provence is a must try blend!
