Have you ever gone to the cupboard looking for the ingredients to your recipe right before company? How many times do you swear you have thyme or some other spice (mine was always marjoram) and you rip everything out of the cupboard only to find an empty jar or nothing at all!

On top of that, you have to run to the store, pay an outrageous price, (like McCormick’s), from some third world country when you can have home grown organic natural blended herbs and spices.

I had an idea! Why can’t I make up blends for my favorite recipes and not have to measure 7 different spices (of some I might not have) So, I did just that. It is easier, quicker, neater and convenient all in one pre-measured package.

Not only that, they are all natural, chemical free fresh herbs grown in my own garden with love and dedication. There is no smell in the world better than the smell of fresh rosemary or basil and every morning I walk through the garden to start my day.

My friends and family are my best fans of my cooking and they urged me to start marketing the herbal blends. That is, after they all tested them with their favorite blends. Now I would like to pass them on to you.
